Had the pleasure to work with the O’Neal Bros, Shamir and Shareef this past weekend while in AZ training. Very impressed with how these young men carry themselves! Humble and respectful.

The real athletes know where to go in Phoenix for athletic/sports recovery!

We've seen an increase of tennis players adding weekly recovery sessions at the lab. Tennis like many sports requires use of repetitive movements (backhand, forehand, overhead/serve) leading to overuse injuries especially in the elbows, wrists, and shoulders.
The importance of recovery can be heard throughout the sport and we look forward to playing a part in the process.

WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE LOL!? Continuing with Phoenix week, I had a really cool 😎 experience in a cryo chamber with @cryorecoverylab in my very own city! Cryotherapy is a quick (extremely cold) treatment to help relieve pain and inflammation. I was in there for three minutes and as a Phoenix summer baby, it was rough but i felt so energized after and my soreness from running that week was relieved! Being in extremely cool temps improves oxygen circulation, reduces pain and helps to flush toxins! I would recommend you try it at least once to see how it feels because you feel like a completely diff person. I'm thinking of going back after my half marathon that is coming up and y'all should join me! Have any of you tried it?! Check out more of my experience on my 🏃‍♀️ Events Instagram story! And don't forget that you can join me in being #EnthusiasticAboutRunning by using my code MAIRA15 to get 15% off of The Scottsdale Half Marathon & 5K or The Phoenix Turkey Trot 5K & 10K. Who's running with me!? #RacePlaceAmbassador #ScottsdaleHalf #PhoenixTurkeyTrot #Cryotherapy #bucketlist
