healing isn’t about rejecting discomfort. it’s about creating the space to stay with it. when we stay with what’s here, real transformation can unfold. so, keep healing. keep advocating. keep witnessing, loving and breathing.

the thing about being on a spiritual path is that we don’t actually know where we are going and that not knowing, is the path. it takes courage to step into the unknown. it takes courage to confront deep pain. it takes courage to look at what our ancestors did. it takes courage to look at our biases and filters of our cultural environment and how that has created separation and suffering. it takes courage to find joy. it takes courage to follow your light. it takes courage to use your voice. it takes courage to lead with love.

in a world that wants us disconnected from ourselves and each other, have the courage to slow down, care for yourself and your community. find one small thing to be grateful for so you can also find a way to hold both the grief and the love.

inhale grief, exhale love. as you breathe into both you center yourself in hope and light.

it’s not only needed, it’s necessary.
all the love,
xxb
