Two years ago yesterday, my dad had a stroke. I was with my client when my sister called me. To say it was the worst day of my life would be an understatement.

He’s a little different now. But he’s here, and I’m grateful for that every day.

Some of you have known me through all of it - the cancellations, the rescheduled appointments, the days I had to step away. Thank you for your patience. It’s meant more than you know.

Caretaking has a way of reordering what matters. It’s taught me to slow down, to be present.

That presence has carried into my work, too. To move more intentionally and never take for granted the trust you place in me. I’m still learning, still showing up, and grateful you let me show up for you.

Grateful for the perspective, the grace, and the love that continues to shape me. 🤍

What a night at the NJ State Fair! There was bull riding, barrel racing, breakaway roping, and trick riding. Also, great to see my cousin’s granddaughters be part of the rodeo.
