This last weekend was nothing short of amazing in so many ways. To finally step on a pro stage and compete at this level had me about to break DOWN! 😭

I witnessed God’s grace and mercy in an incredible way and am so humbled I could absolutely cry. Let’s just say the devil attempted to steal from me and God wouldn’t let him have his way. 🥰❤️ COVERED and SMOTHERED over here, and I’m not talking about Waffle House hash browns. 🤣🤣🤣

I met my goals for this competition season. I turned pro and I said if I didn’t win Yorton, I at least want to place. 👊🏾👊🏾💪🏾💪🏾

For you who don’t know what this means, I liken it to college football. You can have so much work to do, that you don’t rank. You can have the makings of greatness, but just need to make some tweaks resulting in being ranked/placed.

I am excited to have debuted as a pro and place. This is a BIG deal, especially in a world championship showcase. I’m so proud of the work I put in to get where I am. God’s grace and mercy AGAIN.

I don’t think I have enough room to thank everyone I want to. My framily @tinatargaryen @svdcwonder93 and the rest of you—you know who you are. Thanks for riding with and for me. I love you to life!
My followers who will pull up on me if I’m anywhere in there locale to support me when I’m away from home—THANK YOU! 😘
@tracisa: Thanks Coach! We did it again—TOGETHER! I love you. I love you my Rugged family! 🥰😘😭
@lifeofmelissa73: You need to be charged ma’am because you kill my hair EVERY time. I love you! 😘 Rocking for 25+ years now!
@monet.natural_beauty Thank you for waxing to the degree you never miss a hair for my confidence being almost naked on stage. LOL. ❤️
@crystallini_bikini: Thank you for my amazing suit.
I did my OWN makeup this time! Can ya’ll believe it?! Look at ME!!! 🥰❤️🥰

Will I compete 2027 or 2028? Stay TUNED!!! Hit follow to watch my journey to competing as a pro in my next shows!

This weekend was so much more than stepping on a stage. It was the result of months of sacrifice, discipline, doubt, growth, and having incredible people beside me through it all. ❤️

Prep is HARD, especially while life continues around you. There were days I felt exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure if I could keep going, but I always found a reason to take the next step.

I’m so grateful for everyone who helped me get to that stage.

To my coach, @bjlittle72 thank you for believing in me, pushing me, guiding me, and standing beside me through every high and low. I love you with all my heart and feel so lucky to have you in my life. ❤️

@mjlittle78 thank you for always supporting me..your kindness and encouragement means more than you know, I love you 💜

@lotus1793 my absolute best friend, thank you for every conversation, laugh, pep talk, and for never letting me give up. Thank you for constantly showing up for me! I love you!💖

@ink3d_3nigma thank you for believing in me and for doing my hair and makeup making me feel beautiful and confident on show day! Love you girl!🖤

@xo_xo_manda_xo_xo thank you for always knowing exactly what to say and reminding me what I’m capable of, your daily check ins kept me going 💛 I love you!

@sampysher thank you for your constant support and for capturing so many special memories throughout this journey🤎 love you girl!

To my @muscleasylumpc family, thank you for giving me a gym to work, grow, push myself, and become stronger! Countless hours, reps and steps were spent here 💪🏼

Thank you to my family at @downtownkavapg for the support and encouragement, and providing a place for me to go unwind 💚
And to everyone who checked on me, encouraged me, listened to me complain, celebrated the wins, and believed in me — THANK YOU. You all played a part in getting me to that stage.

Prep tested me, humbled me, pushed me to my limits, and built me into someone stronger than I was when I started.

Mid-to-late August, I’ve been feeling better and better✨ I’ve been learning to believe in myself, trust the timing, and truly listen to my body.
.
It’s okay to start over. It’s okay to slow down, learn from my lessons, and rebuild myself. I’m not giving up. I’m still in control, still growing, and still becoming stronger💪🏽
.
One day at a time. Trust the process. Trust yourself.

Y’all mind if I take a dump right here?

August has been excellent but I think September will be excellenter 🫈💜

I’ve found an obsession with anabolic Arnold palmers, am so grateful for supportive friends like @soppheeyahh and my baby @travis_cadenhead getting me out of the house on rest days, and my lil utopia in the gym with my insane playlists.

Plane tickets are purchased, pro debut suit is here, and I’m ready to grind out the next three weeks 🫰
