On set with another one. A very grateful girl I Am! Everyone was a joy to work with. The entire cast and crew, beautiful, inside and out. Being a working actor while working on my music & my first feature film is a balancing act. I’m doing the best I can on this journey and allowing it to sharpen me in phenomenal ways. Zamanlar arası bir sanat diyaloğu:   Diba Satıcı’nın Akaretler’deki 19. yüzyıldan kalma tarihi Sıraevler’de yer alan konutunda düzenlenen özel davette; Ala Sarsılmaz, Oğuz Satıcı, Atasay Kamer, Chiara de Rocchi Kamer, Beril Hızal, Bülent Aymen, Fahri Gökyayla, Kemal Güneş, Mariana Custodio, Mert Çek, Mina Çek ve Miguel Rodrigues’in de olduğu isimler, unutulmaz bir sanat deneyimi yaşadı. Diba Satıcı’nın Akaretler’in ikonik 19. yüzyıl mimarisini taşıyan Sıraevler’deki konutunda gerçekleşen özel davet, İstanbul’un kültür-sanat takvimine unutulmaz bir deneyim kazandırdı. Cumhuriyet döneminden modern ve çağdaş sanata uzanan köklü ve çok kuşaklı bir koleksiyonun tarihsel serüvenine ışık tutan sanat deneyimine; aralarında Ala Sarsılmaz, Oğuz Satıcı, Atasay Kamer, Chiara de Rocchi Kamer, Beril Hızal, Bülent Aymen, Fahri Gökyayla, Kemal Güneş, Mariana Custodio, Mert Çek, Mina Çek ve Miguel Rodrigues’in de olduğu çok sayıda isim katıldı. Diba Satıcı’nın sahibi olduğu özel seçki; farklı dönemlere ait sanatsal ifadeleri tek bir çatı altında bir araya getiriyor. Cumhuriyet dönemi klasiklerinin, modern ustaların ve yenilikçi çağdaş eserlerin aynı mekanda kurduğu diyalog, koleksiyonun geçmişine sadık kalırken sürekli gelişen canlı bir yapıya sahip olduğunu ortaya koyuyor.

THE BODY AFTER DESIRE An exploration of the transformation of the body, identity, and desire. The Body After Desire considers the body not simply as a form to be represented, but as a space constantly reshaped by identity, desire, memory, and change. Bringing together painting, sculpture, ceramics, and photography, the exhibition explores the boundaries of the body, the traces of desire, and the shifting nature of identity through the works of contemporary artists. Set within Bodrum’s architecture and natural landscape, the exhibition is curated by M. Taner Yılmaz. Inspired by the timeless elegance of the 1400 century Jan Van Eyck Portrait of a Man in a Red Turban, this mixed media collage reimagines the iconic turban in indigo blue a color that symbolizes depth, truth, protection, and infinite possibility. The indigo blue turban and hair becomes more than a headpiece; it represents the many layers we wear as human beings: culture, identity, memory, and belonging. Surrounding the figure are symbols of fashion, time, and perspective a luxury watch, sunglasses, and carefully chosen materials that speak to the ways we define ourselves and seek connection. At its core, this work asks a simple question: Who are we beneath the labels, titles, and possessions? No matter where we come from, we are all human beings longing to be seen, accepted, and understood.
