sooo I floated over to @thequantumspa last night thinking it would just be a cute lil wellness night w the girls… sauna, cold plunge, the usual reset.

but in the middle of it, we were asked a question that I’ve been stuck thinking about: “When was the last time you felt truly alive?”

If you know me, you know I’m CONSTANTLY moving. My brain runs a mile a minute. Slowing down isn’t something I always do well (although I absolutely am intentional about trying!)

And in that moment, I realized how rare it is for me to actually pause and feel alive in the present.

@thequantumspa is so much more than just wellness practices… it is a community, connection, and a reminder that being alive isn’t in the hustle. It’s in the pause (and probably a lil in the contrast therapy 😙).

THANK YOU ❤️ @thequantumspa

10 years ago today I moved to LA. It has been a crazy ride of amazing memories as well as life lessons. Looking back at the young 18 year old girl that moved here not knowing anyone, I couldn’t be more proud of who I have become. Thank you to numerous of people I have met over the years who have been on this journey with me. Can’t wait to see what’s next. (This memory lane I went on was crazy)
