The Pendragon Cycle: The Rise of Merlin was especially special to me because it brings one of my all-time favorite characters to life: the great Merlin.

To me, this is one of the most faithful portrayals of Merlin I’ve come across. What I loved most was the way his wisdom, foresight, and ability to navigate situations with such remarkable insight were brought to the screen. It felt like we were finally getting to see more than just the legendary sorcerer — we were getting a glimpse of the strategist and the wise man behind the legend.

I also really appreciated the decision to explore parts of Merlin’s story involving his parents. That’s an aspect of his character and history that is so often overlooked, and I thought it was beautifully done. James Arden, as one of my all-time favorite actors, portrayed Merlin’s father as the Last Poet with the dignity and majesty he truly deserved.

I genuinely enjoyed the performances of every single cast member, and overall, this was such a lovely watch.

So, if you have a soft spot for the fantasy history and legends of Britain, this weekend might just be the perfect time to treat yourself to a charming, enchanting series. ✨☄️

The Pendragon Cycle: Rise of the Merlin is truly a captivating and remarkable series. From the storytelling and atmosphere to the direction, cinematography, music, and overall production, every element comes together beautifully to create an immersive fantasy experience.

But what truly stands out is the cast. The performances are incredibly powerful, convincing, and emotionally engaging. Every actor brings something unique to their character, making the world of the story feel alive and authentic.

And Tom Sharp as Merlin… absolutely brilliant. His performance is mesmerizing. He brings such depth, intensity, mystery, and vulnerability to Merlin, and he completely owns the character. There is something truly captivating about the way he portrays Merlin’s strength, pain, wisdom, and inner conflict. He was an outstanding choice for the role.

Rose Reid, James Arden, Steve varnom,Myles Clohessy, Thor rosland, Nicholas boulton, Christopher sciueref,Alex arco, Daniel fathers, Emree Franklin, Finney Cassidy, Alex Laurence-Phillips, Brett Cooper, and the entire cast deserve so much praise as well. Each performance adds another layer to this fascinating world.

This is the kind of series that deserves to be watched not only for its story, but for the passion and talent behind every single frame.

Sometimes my love of travel took me a little further than vacation.
It became my job. 🎬✈️

I spent a good part of a year heading the Travel & Accommodation team for The Pendragon Cycle: Rise of the Merlin, working with an incredible cast, crew and executives across several countries.

What you see on screen is the finished story. Behind it are countless moving pieces: flights, hotels, schedules, changing plans, last-minute issues and a huge international team working together to keep a production moving.

I have wonderful memories from that year and made friendships that continued long after filming ended.

The Pendragon Cycle reached No. 1 in Fantasy on Prime Video in the U.S., climbed as high as No. 2 among all TV shows, and today is still No. 5 after 26 days in the TV Top 10. Seeing audiences continue to discover it weeks later makes this especially fun to celebrate.

I’m proud to have been part of the team behind it and so happy to see people enjoying the finished series.

If you enjoy fantasy, adventure, magic, battles and epic storytelling, give this one a watch. ⚔️✨

The Pendragon Cycle: Rise of the Merlin is streaming now on Prime Video.

To the wonderful cast, crew, producers, executives and everyone behind the scenes who brought this world to life, congratulations. ❤️

🎬 CHRISTOPHER SCIUEREF AS AZIZ 🔪🔥
RISE OF THE FOOTSOLDIER: RETRIBUTION

I can finally share these! 🙌

The story behind this artwork goes back to January, when I first got wind that Christopher Sciueref would be appearing in Retribution.

I created my first couple of pieces back then, but I made the decision not to post them. Chris’s involvement wasn’t widely known and, after what happened with Aziz in Vengeance, I felt his return could be a real surprise for fans. I certainly didn’t want my artwork to be the thing that gave anything away!

I’d been in touch with Chris from time to time and privately sent him the artwork. I explained that I’d decided to keep it under wraps until the film was released, and he completely understood and agreed with where I was coming from.

Well… now the film is out, I can finally open the vault! 🔒😂🎬

I first met Chris at a Rise of the Footsoldier fan convention in Croydon. We had a good chat, I got his autograph… and somehow forgot to get a photo! 😂

It was brilliant to catch up with him again at the Retribution premiere on 25th August. It was only brief, but genuinely lovely to see him — and this time I remembered the photo! 😂📸

Chris is an absolute top guy and I’ve got a lot of time for him. And as Aziz… what a brilliant bad guy! 👊🔥

I remember noticing Chris in The Pat Tate Story in a smaller role, then seeing him as Aziz in Vengeance and now Retribution. It’s been brilliant seeing that progression, and he absolutely delivers in this one. 👏🎬

So Chris, these are for you mate. Hope you like the new ones, and I hope the Footsoldier fans enjoy them too. 🙏

🎨 These are AI-assisted fan artworks created from my own concepts, ideas, reference images, prompts, input and creative direction. I’m completely transparent about using AI — it helps bring the ideas in my head to life.

I’m a massive film fan and, ultimately, I do these because I bloody enjoy it! 😂🎬🔥

Rise of the Footsoldier: RETRIBUTION is now showing in cinemas nationwide.

Produced by @footsoldierno1 and directed by @nicknevern - with both of them co-writing, this is genuinely one of the strongest entries in the franchise so far.

On a personal note:
I was lucky enough to land a small role in this film and seeing what made the final cut, I am unbelievably proud to be part of my favourite franchise, @footsoldierfranchise.

Again, a massive thank you to @nicknevern for trusting me with the opportunities he gave me. This was the first time I've been able to showcase my firearms skills on screen since my training and what a film to do it in. I loved every second of it.

We hope you all enjoy this EPIC film.
