Share this with your circle of women. 🫶

I grew up thinking that groups of girls meant cliques, mean girls, judgement, and competition.

But as I’ve gotten older I’ve learned the power, sisterhood and comfort that comes from a circle of women whose commonality is feeling like their favorite self without judgement or comparison.

I feel so grateful having all of these women (& so many others) in my orbit. Different ages, stages, locations, passions, strengths, joys & struggles - that’s the magic.

If you don’t have a circle of women like this in your life, know that there is always a place for you here. ✨

Life’s better with you 🫶

Our signature La Ventana Wing Retreat launches next week. Beginner to advanced, 8 rad ladies, and the kind of progression that happens when women learn together. 🤘🏼

Early bird pricing opens May 7th. Save $200 if you book before May 16th. 👀

It’s not about what you get to do, although yacht foiling is pretty awesome.
It’s about who you get to do it with.
That’s what Half Life’s all about; real adventure, real crew.

Follow @halflifet.5 and join the crew.

Thanks to Kent Soffel for letting the ladies take the boat across for the wine. That was brave. Great day/people/clubs.

Trekked around DC thanks to a cancelled flight. Loved seeing the White House - from a distance, and the following: #thelincolnmemorial, #martinlutherkingjrmemorial, #Nationalgalleryofart, #nationalmuseumoftheamericanindian, #thewashingtonmonument and more. Loved the friendly people and positive vibe of DC (even the squirrels are friendly). Tom even got to play in a jam session at a jazzy bluesy bar!
