Twas the night before EVERYONE gets back into the weight room routine…

Programming for OVER 550 athletes isn’t just sets, reps and percentages. It's considerations including updated rosters, athlete's training age, summer training (or lack of it), proper progressions with an end in mind, 9th graders training alone vs. 9–12 together....🤪 Oh yeah, then there's space, location, available equipment, group size, assign training partners or groups of 3, sport coach availability & knowledge, overall flow, efficiency, athlete accountability.

Because when you’re programming for MULTIPLE teams, you don’t get to plan in a silo. Every decision affects the next one. And yes—2 vs. 3 days of training changes the program because every variable above changes what we can—and should—accomplish.

550+ athletes. Multiple sports. One plan that has to WORK. Tomorrow, we roll. 💪

This weekend reminded us of something we believe wholeheartedly:
The best coaches never stop learning.

Our team had the opportunity to learn, grow, and collaborate alongside some of the best minds in sports performance at the Aggie Performance Summit, NHSSCA-TX State Clinic, and THSCA Coaching School & Convention.

A special thank you to THSCA for the opportunity to have Coach Brock present to high school softball coaches from across the state of Texas. It was an honor to share our passion for developing stronger, healthier, and more resilient student-athletes.

Every conversation, every session, and every connection challenged us to think differently and sharpen our craft.

Our athletes deserve coaches who are committed to continual growth—and that's exactly what we're committed to being.

We're excited to bring new ideas, better systems, and an even higher standard back to ELEVATE.

The coaches' kids don't just grow up around the game—they grow up loving the work! A great reminder to all of our Cougar Athletes: the next generation is watching you! Children are great imitators, so give them something great to imitate! #FutureCougs #CougarStrong #CougarElite2026 #TPP

We're excited to watch her lead the Cougar Softball program both in the weight room & on the 💎 this school year! Keep stacking days. Keep chasing excellence. #CougarStrong #CougarElite2026 #TPP

Violent. Aggressive. Explosive. 😤

The weight room sets the tone. All of our Cougar athletes are chasing the same thing—becoming stronger, faster and tougher than yesterday. Every sprint is max effort. Every rep is intentional. Every day is earned.

Your Cougar Family wants you here. It's not too late. COUGS vs the World!👿👿👿

Middle School girls are showing out at ELITE Camp this summer. Hardworking. Coachable. Competitive.

And our incoming 8th graders? They've clearly been coached well at their middle schools. The fundamentals are there, the attitude is right, and they're hungry for more. Excited to watch this group continue to grow. 💜 #CougarStrong

New challenge. Same Cougar mindset. 🤝🏻

We broke out the Nordic Hamstring Curl today, and our Cougar athletes attacked it head-on. No complaints. No hesitation. Just a group committed to getting better every day. 😤
