Tomorrow we go racing in Finale Ligure for the 2026 Enduro World Champs!

It’s been a long road to this one, from rehabbing my shoulder post-surgery from July to now and not being sure if I’d even be able to race my bike here, to pulling all the logistics together and just going for it.

With such a solid squad of South Africans in the race and all our incredible friends from our World Cup campaigns in Europe to see again, it was not one I wanted to miss and I’m so grateful to be here and able to take the start tomorrow 🇿🇦❤️

We have 6 proper stages to tackle, some real physical and technical challenges, and a long day in the saddle to manage. Let’s get it!

Detail shots of the Holy Fire we posted last week.

Double Rainbow seat stay arches - always melt our hearts. Such a simple detail that… just works.

The tubing used for the arches are offcuts from a fully-guided internal cable routing system. 7mm Stainless Steel tubing that is bent, mitred to fit and brazed in using silver.

Clean lines of Steel tubing with the @canecreekusa HCR headset system.

Deep section @zippspeed wheels always add some flair.

Our Head Badge is carved out of a Brass plate using just a hacksaw and needle files. Curved to match the shape of the headtube and brazed on - again with Silver.
During the painting process it is covered with masking tape and polished to a high gloss as the final step in the process.

Two individual Brake Bosses, from Stainless steel are mitred into place - and again brazed with Silver.

UDH for SRAM T-Type. Even on our road bikes.

A final touch, this custom @csixx_components Aero Chainring with our proud spirit animal - the humble Goat. On a @sramroad Force crank with Power.
