Rich brunette, but make it dimensional.🤎

The goal: depth at the root using a Demi permanent, soft ribbons of cool neutral tones, and that expensive brunette finish that still feels effortless.

Created with Paul Mitchell
Root + depth: The Demi 5n
Dimension: Pre-bonded lightener
Toner: The Demi 8pa:8n

Proof that brunette doesn’t have to be flat to feel rich.
Save this formula for your next chocolate brunette inspo!

Flipping back on the field at 46 as a CSU cheer alum at Homecoming 2026 in front of 41,000 fans was a huge dream come true! ✨🤸📣

26 years ago, I walked off this field thinking my flipping days on game day turf were behind me. For the last few Homecomings, I stuck to back handsprings on turf and saved flipping for the spring floor, unsure if my back could handle the impact.

At 46, stepping onto Canvas Stadium and trusting my body to flip again felt like nothing short of a miracle. 🙏

God’s plans are always better than ours, so I chose faith over fear… and I did it. 🥹

I’m honestly just crazy happy and proud of myself. But more than the tumbling pass, this moment was about something bigger: showing every young woman on that sideline that our strength doesn’t fade with age, and our dreams never expire.

Sometimes the dream you thought was behind you is still waiting for you to come back and chase it. ✨🐏
Thank you, @csucheerleading, for letting me cheer and tumble with you!
