Did someone say #goals? SMART goals are an effective approach to goal-setting to help you succeed!

A goal must be:

1. Specific - Specify what it is you want to accomplish.
2. Measurable - How will you track your progress?
3. Attainable - Make sure it’s reasonable enough, especially to fit your time-frame.
4. Relevant - Does this goal line up with your values & long-term intentions and ambitions?
5. Time-based - The goal should be realistically accomplished by a set end-date.

It’s the start of the school year & you’ve got the motivation to set reasonable goals, so SMART goal it!
