The fall involvement expo took place on the LSC Plaza this week, Tuesday through Thursday, and it was such a success! 💛📚📝 A combined total of over 250 student organizations, departments, and volunteer agencies were present throughout the week, which was open for student engagement and involvement from 10:00 to 2:00 each day.   By connecting with Registered Student Organizations (RSOs), University departments, and community agencies that offer volunteer opportunities, students can leave their mark at @CSU through various involvement opportunities while discovering resources and services. Students, tell us your favorite student organization you got the opportunity to introduce or reintroduce yourself to at the involvement expo!

🍬 Understanding Health Insurance - With Candy! Navigating health insurance can be confusing, so we’re breaking some key terms down with something a little sweeter! 🍫 Premium - The amount you pay each month just to have insurance, like a membership fee. 🍭 Deductible - The amount you must pay out of pocket before your insurance begins to cover costs. 🍬Copay - A small, fixed amount you pay when you visit a doctor or pick up a prescription. 🍫 Coinsurance - After meeting your deductible, you and your insurance share the cost of care 🍭In-Network vs. Out-Of-Network - In-network providers cost less because they have agreements with your insurance. Out-of-network providers typically cost more and offer fewer benefits. #csuhealthnetwork #healthinsuranceterms [Video description: A student explaining different health insurance terms like premium, deductible, co-pay, co-insurance, in-network, out of network etc by using skittles candy]
