Student-athletes navigate so many responsibilities every day.

Rest supports your overall well-being and helps you recharge.

A friendly reminder: You do not have to earn your rest. 💚🧠

This Wellness Wednesday, take one guilt-free moment to pause, recharge, and reset.

You can be a strong athlete and still have hard days. ❤️

Talking about mental health isn’t weakness, it’s part of taking care of the whole student-athlete.

Where are my Matadors?
If you are an alumni you are automatically part of the @csunalumni. Welcome!
Did you know that one of the easiest ways for our to give back and support the students is by simply SHOWING UP?
I can’t think of a better place to show up this fall than at a game on campus! Men’s and women’s soccer @csunmenssoccer @csunwomenssoccer and women’s volleyball @csunwomensvb are kicking off. Your presence at a game is a difference maker and gives us a true home field/court advantage!

Good news: you can get a general admission pass to all the games for only $100! Check out @gomatadors for more info … and show up!

Can’t wait to see you at a game this year! ⚽️🏐🏀⚾️🏊‍♀️
