Have you ever questioned whether you’re really saved?

Have you ever wondered if God could really forgive you after everything you’ve done?

He just has to convince you that God has walked away from you.

There’s just something about the name JESUS! 🙌🏾😭

Yahweh. Rapha. Elohim. El Shaddai.

The Alpha and Omega. The Chief Cornerstone. My Healer, my Provider, my Peace, my Deliverer. A doctor in the sickroom, bread when I’m hungry, water when I’m thirsty.

He’s been ALL of that and so much more to me!

Sometimes, as worship leaders, we search for the right words to express our gratitude, but there are moments when no song, no lyric, and no eloquent expression can adequately describe who He is.

And in those moments, one name is enough.

JESUS. JESUS. JESUS. Something happens when we call Him.

There’s power in His name, healing in His name, deliverance in His name, and salvation in His name.

May we never become so familiar with His name that we lose our reverence for the One who bears it.

Yooooo!!! Yesterday was ONE for the BOOKS! 🔥

The youth. The young adults. They were ABSOLUTELY ON FIRE FOR GOD! 🙌🏾

And the word God gave us… “I’VE BEEN LIT TO SHIFT.”

God lights us internally so that He can use us externally.

His light exposes what needs to shift IN us, transforms us, and then sends us OUT into dark places to become agents of transformation.

We were never lit to hide. We were never lit to blend in. WE WERE LIT TO SHINE.

No matter your age, your background, your past, or how inadequate you may feel, I believe this is a message you need to hear.

First giving honor and praise to the leaders of @ctcim. A special thanks to @truvineapparel for inviting me into what is now my new home. A thank you to @mzsharonann for the delivery of the word that spoke to me through god. Thank you for Elder White & Elder Jeff, and thank you to Pastor Josh. All glory be to god. 🙏🏽
Today I was SHIFTED. Today I was DELIVERED. Today I was TRANSFORMED. Today I was BROKEN AND REBUILT. Today I SURRENDERED. And so many other things.
As I step into my new life found AGAIN, in Christ, I ask that yall pray for me as I continue to walk by faith. No weapon, no enemy formed against me shall prosper. The old me has died, a new me has been born. No I wasn’t baptized YET, but YES I was filled with the Holy Spirit. Today I left myself at that altar for what felt like eternity, God heard me cry and beg, God seen the posture of my heart, and God chose me to be a testimony. But first I have to change. And this is step one. If you knew me, you don’t now. I have been Renewed. Restored. Forgiven. Chosen. I pray yall use me as an example of what God can do for someone. From problem child, to Man Of God. I’m on my way to eternal life and everlasting peace. Blessings to you all 🙏🏽.

Bishop Greg Thornton Sr. the Bible says, be "steadfast, unmovable". Stay faithful. Stay committed to Christ.

In 1 Corinthians 15:58, the Bible tells believers to be steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord. That means stay firm when life shifts.

Being steadfast means you do not quit because the path is hard. Being unmovable means you do not let setbacks shake your faith. You stay rooted in God’s truth. You keep showing up. You keep serving. You keep obeying.
