If you’ve always wanted a friend to bring with you then head over to the @pawsrescueleagueinc and check out the adoptable pups.

These sweet dogs have been waiting for someone to love them. Go give these pups some love (or even a new home) at CT Ren Faire through October 25th.

Shell is a 2 year old miniature dachshund/ chihuahua who was found as a stray in Bakersfield, CA. She was taken to an open intake shelter risking euthanasia and now she is being fostered in CT!

Once Shell trusts you, she has SO much love to give and she loves getting it right back. Shell was very shy at first, but after a month in foster care, she has shown her quirky and playful personality. She has the perfect balance of energy, she likes to be curled up at home but also enjoys walks, playing, and trips to the dog park.

Shell is great with kids, but we believe she would thrive best in a quieter, adult household. She is up to date on vaccines/ preventatives, dewormed, spayed, and microchipped.

Update: Shell has found her forever home 🤍

Maybe we could all learn a little something from dogs…

They don’t need perfect conditions to be happy. They simply embrace the moment they’re in— and somehow remind us to do the same.🤍🌊
