Some of these young men I coached…
Some I mentored…
Some just needed somebody to believe in them when nobody else did.

And the truth is—
They gave me just as much as I gave them.

To every student-athlete and young professional chasing something right now…

Don’t just focus on the win.
Don’t just chase the title.

Build relationships.
Pour into people.
Be someone worth remembering.

Because years from now…
Nobody’s gonna ask about your stats.

But they will remember how you showed up in their life.

This is legacy.

On May 11, 2019, I graduated from The University of Virginia's College at Wise with a Degree in Software Engineering. For the last 5 years, wise has felt like my second home. I have met people that I consider to be my family and will be apart of my life. They helped to form me into the grown man I am today and I am thankful and blessed for them to be in my life.
