1000 classes ✅ at @trainingmate. What started as a one-off Class Pass reservation back in 2018 has evolved into an entire multi-year experience of 6am classes, new friends, new trainers, a sense of community, heavier weights, increased stanina and some fabulous song remixes. It’s hard to fully put into words how much this place and more importantly the people have made an impact on my life, health and wellness — both mentally and physically. I’m so glad I took that first class back in 2018. Here’s to the next milestone!

Special shoutout to @colinkoth @lindsayelston for making my 1000th class so fabulous, @markdonohue_ for helping me lock in over the years, @ads_gibson for being my longest running trainer and @milts1 for teaching my first class back in 2018.
