POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

There’s something about the house you bring your babies home to 💕 I was fortunate enough meet the Reynolds family in 2012 when they were still a party of two and helped them purchase their first home. Over the last 14 years, they grew from a party of 2 to a party of 5. I loved working with them once again- this time to sell that home and move onto bigger and better things. I’m grateful for the opportunity and for their permission to share this special photo.

Many thanks to Courtney Cusano and Kayla Magnoli who were wonderful to work with. Congrats to all!

Two experts. One front door. 🔑

We teamed up with Courtney Cusano & Kayla Magnoli (@cthomematchmaker) — the duo matching buyers and sellers with the right home — to answer the questions homeowners ask quietly and then Google at midnight.

Smart locks before a showing. Original 1926 hardware you don’t want to lose. The five keys nobody can find the week of closing. The 8 PM emergency the night before you sign.

Courtney and Kayla know the market. We know what’s behind the door. Swipe through for both answers. →

Save this one if you’re buying, selling, or just finally dealing with that door that never quite latches.

Kinda chic getting to create your clients’ dream wedding stacks. 💎✨

This is the part I LOVE — taking an engagement ring and building around it until the whole stack feels completely her.

Custom diamond wedding bands, different shapes, textures, widths… sometimes a little more sparkle is exactly the answer. 😉 And yes, stacking them all the way up the finger is absolutely encouraged.

If you’re newly engaged, wedding band shopping, or looking at your current rings thinking something’s missing — come sit with me. We can style different combinations together or custom design the piece that doesn’t exist yet.

Your dream wedding stack starts with an appointment. 🤍

DM me to book a wedding band styling session or custom jewelry design appointment. 💎

6+ years of working with hundreds… dare we say over 1000 brands🤭🙌🏼✨

A fun frame of reviews will now live in our office, most likely in our window so when you’re walking by, enjoying a coffee from @heirloommarket or sneaking in some @nocigelatoct, you can learn more about how we’ve supported those in our community 🩷🏠📝

If you haven’t yet, please leave us a Google review! The more you share about the depths of positive experiences, the more we can align with those who are out there seeking for someone just like us 🫶🏼

When @cthomematchmaker and @jazzysgoldensnaps_photography reached out for a photo shoot, I knew I wanted to use our time together to focus on my rebrand. With Jazzy’s playful guidance and my watercolor brushes in hand, I couldn’t help but feel pure joy. As I scrolled through the gallery and landed on this photo, I was reminded of my “why” with this little business.

🌼 My art is meant to be shared. What begins as self-expression finds a new home with someone who connects to it in their own way.

🌼 Mistakes are inevitable. In a world that pushes perfection, art reminds us that not only is perfection unnecessary—it’s unnatural.

🌼 There are endless opportunities to learn and remain curious. Since rebranding, I’ve embraced the fluid, transient flow of creating again—especially while experimenting with new mediums like pottery.

AFC helped Nick and Lauren pull off buying a new home without having to sell the home they were living in first!

Nick and Lauren came to AFC with the hope of buying a new house before having to sell their home in Meriden. Gaetano and Nick (AFC) structured a cash offer to help them win a house in North Haven with the help of @cthomematchmaker and @k_magnoli_realtor!

After moving into their new home, Nick and Lauren were able to sell their Meriden home on their own timeline!

We are very excited for them and look forward to seeing them at our client appreciation Christmas Tree giveaway at Hickory Hill Orchard in Cheshire!
