Look at my son Benji 🥊✨

He recently started kickboxing after his best classmate and their parents, who are instructors here in Albufeira, introduced him to it 🧠💥

Living in the Algarve for the past 5 years has given us a beautiful environment to grow, move, and stay active 🌊🌿

For me, it matters a lot that he stays engaged after school, moving his body instead of spending too much time on screens 📵➡️🏃

Kids today don’t need more scrolling… they need more life, movement, and real experiences

I grew up without screens, always outside in nature, playing sports and exploring everything around me 🌍⚡

Now I see him at 7 years old, full of energy, enjoying every session, already following in my footsteps, speaking 4 languages and doing great at school 🎒🔥

My question to you 👇
How do you keep your kids active, balanced, and away from too much screen time?
What’s been your biggest challenge?

Chris & Benji

Venha participar dessa jornada onde a fé e a determinação caminham juntas. ❤️‍🔥
