My new Korean BBQ Obsession🔥🥩🇰🇷
近期最愛的韓燒餐廳 😍 吃過午餐立刻再約朋友來吃晚餐！全程有專人代烤，只需負責聊天和動筷子，完全不用自己動手。

這裏前菜選擇多，款式也挺特別的。私心大推烤得焦脆的韓式五花腩🤤，咬下去油香四溢卻不膩口，真的和在釜山吃到的一樣好吃👍✔️ 喜歡肉香與飽滿油脂感的，新鮮肉眼絕對能滿足你。重口味的則不能錯過他們的醃製牛肋骨，醬汁鹹甜交織，非常惹味。

除了燒肉，這裡的熟食也不錯。喜歡吃煎餅的可以試鮮蝦薯仔煎餅，比常見的海鮮蔥煎餅好吃，薯仔絲煎得酥脆，搭配蝦肉有口感。最後必須點一碗牛骨湯作結，湯頭熬得呈乳白色、味道醇厚濃郁，裡頭還配有麵條，吸飽了牛骨精華，吃完大滿足。

另外要讚這裏的抽風系統，吃完整頓飯身上都沒有油煙烤肉味👍

Suddenly you wake up at 30, and New York becomes your home address🗽🏃🏻Love the term “life maxing” — or maybe it’s really experience maxing 🤌 but yea now I’m officially a 1‑month‑old New Yorker. Recording these:
- Times when I felt homesick and missed my family
- Times when I felt lonely and missed my friends, then they called
- Times when I was so welcomed and pampered by my host
- Times when I joined my first NYC wedding and became my friends’ witness
- Times when I bought groceries for one instead of carrying bags for mum
- Times when I wasn’t sharing housework but doing everything myself, ‘building’ my home bit by bit
- Times when I had my first lunch on the campus lawn
- Times when they told me to be proud because we’re in the city of New York
- Times when I never cooked but had to start, and actually made progress
- Times when I ‘built’ my home here, piece by piece

Held a friend’s farewell at this Chinese dining spot in the heart of Causeway Bay.

Chef Yeung’s Huaiyang × Cantonese cuisine truly impressed, especially the flavorful crab dish, the delicate fish steamed with Chinese wine, and the comforting abalone rice, which were my favorites of the night. You can find these dishes in their new set menu from HK$800 per person (min. 6 guests). Will be back next time for the private rooms with KTV, customisable menus and free corkage 😂.

🥮 春山一口酥｜薺菜、春筍與松子藏於手工酥盞
🦀 鮮薺菜春蠶年糕大肉蟹｜肉蟹鮮甜，年糕吸收了蟹的鮮味
🕊️ 香茅鴿髀伴炒鴿酥外酥內嫩
🐟 花雕雞油蒸馬友柳魚肉嫩滑，配上香濃的花雕雞油，是當晚我最喜愛的菜色
🍚 鮑魚撈飯｜濃郁的鮑汁包裹著每粒米飯，鮮味十足

Left my heart in NYC, and I’m back to claim it💃🏻🕺🏻 so I have recently left Hong Kong, where I was born and raised and have been staying for all my life, and moved to NYC for a master program at Columbia. The goal is to - first enjoy life, and also to create a life that feels like a poetry (or movie haha)🥂 hope it’s gonna be fun and my friends please visit meeee!! 🗽

You ever cut your own basil onto the burrata salad? 👀🧀

@themistral.hk could be my new favorite Italian spot in HK just because they’ve got these two humongous T-bone and tomahawk steaks 🥩🥩 They also have this runny egg yolk ravioli, just look at how creamy it is!

每次來紅棉用餐都是視覺與味覺的雙重享受。邵師傅對經典粵菜的現代演繹，讓這些看似平凡的家常風味變得非常精緻。今次來到新分店-位於Element圓方的紅棉家宴，水準和本店一樣高💯

蝦油輕煎瀨尿蝦🍤師傅貼心地將殼去掉，保留了最完整的肉質和蝦膏，蝦油焦香味撲鼻，令鮮甜味升華。蔥油脆皮雞金黃酥脆的雞皮與濃郁蔥香，加上嫩滑雞肉超令人回味。

另外當然少不了「全港最強焗豬扒飯」！厚實豬扒與流心蛋融合，飯粒包裹著芝士和酸甜茄汁，好好好好吃！

Tried out @mian_hk ’s new spot at ELEMENTS

Another convenient spot to try Chef Siu’s signatures. My favs of the evening were the mantis shrimp with lobster oil was super fresh and meaty, and the baked pork chop rice (with that cheesy tomato sauce combo) is definitely a comfort pick.

Nice option for a laid-back family meal, especially with the holidays coming up.

The best combo in Hong Kong 👀 Peking duck and Victoria Harbour!

First time at the one Michelin starred @thelegacyhousehk. So impressed by the traditional Shunde-style dishes, from the 70-hour roasted Peking duck to steamed garoupa fillet, and that fragrant baked rice with crabmeat and sakura shrimp.
