Thank you Heavenly Father for this awesome body & mind that made 2023 so memorable! Special thanks to my parents, siblings, sponsors, professors/coaches/teammates & everyone who has loved/supported me this season. I was blessed to compete in 23 tournaments (21 BJJ & 2 judo) I worked very hard & won a bunch of matches I also learned some lesson to keep me improving. My biggest accomplishments were getting baptized, winning Gold in No Gi at AGF Worlds & competing in a national judo competition!! My stats for 2023 were 114 wins out of 149 (35 losses) 90 subs (67 armbars), 20 by points, only 2 decisions, 47 gold, 10 silver, 5 bronze & 12 times I missed the podium!! I came in #2 in battlegrounds, @the_agf overall #29 just kids #26 all grey belts #5 grey female #2!!(11/22/23 had 3 more tournaments) and season champion (2nd time) for @jjworldleague 1st year grey belt, My goals in 2024 are to work harder, stay focused & disciplined, compete even more, & earn more major titles in bjj, judo & wrestling. I’m very grateful for all the love & support I have been blessed with. Can’t wait to start 2024!! @m2chiropractic @evansecord @battleground_gc @kick_malinda @cubby_ogene @canelapress @crazyacres6wc @jaytayturboz @ashersmasher05 @princessdt1 @dalekvader18 @dilinhobjj @jesusandjiujitsu_usa @kidsofbjj @wayofthewarriorkid @abraham_the_mountain @deiseleonanjo @solidaritymmafrisco @tgbrad @johnnychengebjj @ntxmma @jordan_the3rd @haleighbug_bjj @txgrappler71 @starfire_711 @ladydi_09 @dyoshi132 @rockstarsouthfrisco @lucaslimabjj @brian.cutts.bjj @isabellabarbos_ @lary_roecker @bigantbjj @stephen_shnayderman @nubby_jiu.jitsu @kev_agf @rafael_formiga @alexmartinsjiujitsu @diegosantana0001 @breedinggroundsx @chriscarlino_agf @brandonquick_agf

Thank you so much Heavenly Father for this amazing body & brain to be able to do BJJ almost daily, especially competitions! Huge thank you dad, @jaytayturboz Papi, & @princessdt1 for traveling, cheering, loving & always supporting me no matter what. Big thank you to Mr. Mike & all @the_agf Memphis staff for another fantastic event. Thank you professor @chriscarlino_agf for the contest that allowed me to travel to this AGF. Thank you so very much Professor @bigantbjj for coaching me, teaching me & supporting me through all my fights. I was signed up for 4 division at girls/under 55lbs/grey/6-7 years, however there was no one signed up in any of my divisions. So I chose to challenge myself & for no gi I competed boys/under 55lbs/grey/8-9 years. Gi was boys/under 55lbs/yellow/8-9 years. Then for both challengers divisions I really pushed myself & went up 10lbs to under 65lbs (weighted in 50) in order to compete. After 10 fights-I was able to score 6 wins all submissions (3 where under 17 seconds)! I worked hard & earned 2 golds in no gi and gi under 55lbs!! I worked even harder in both challengers however unfortunately after winning both my 1st matches in each division, I was just unable to medal in either. I came home 4th out of 5 in no gi & 4th out of 7 in gi. I’m back to training & working on my mistakes to get ready for my next competition. 1 step closer to AGF Worlds & @ibjjf PANs!🇧🇷🥋🤙🏼👊🏼👋🏼👍🏼👏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 #jujitsufamily #kariwolverinetaylor #pitporrada #stmconstruction #m2chiropractic #battlegroundgc #whitebelt #jiujitsujourney #mmajourney
