Somewhere along the way, we grow up and forget what it means to be a child. We learn to hide our fears, carry our shame, and search for something in this world that can make us feel whole. But our Father never stopped calling us His own. WHOISLIKEGOD? was born from a name, Michael, meaning “Who is like God?” A name that carries a truth this world could never change. Nothing compares to Him. Nothing can take His place. And nothing we chase will ever be greater than knowing Him. This is more than what we wear. It’s a reminder of the One we belong to, the faith we carry, and the love that brings us back, no matter how far we wander. May we never grow too old to trust Him like children. A new season, a new beginning. Before we got married, my father, Erik Romero, was hospitalized and wasn’t able to be there to witness these memories. A few weeks later, I had to say goodbye to him. I was told that in his final moments, he was trying to stay strong because he wanted to be here for these moments. But he didn’t make it, but I believe he is watching from heaven, celebrating this new chapter beside Jesus. What makes it even more beautiful is that we discovered my wife and I got married on the same day my mom and father did— a beautiful reminder of love, family, and legacy. Dad, I wish you could have seen this day. Rest in peace, Erik Romero. I’ll carry you with me always. Here’s to a new journey of love, unity, and walking with Christ together.🤍

A lukewarm season isn’t a bad season — it’s a journey of rebuilding. It begins in the wilderness, where you try to do life your own way and learn that with God you’re formed, but without Him you feel the emptiness. Then comes the prodigal moment, when you realize nothing out there satisfies and you run back — not to a building, but to the Father. And there you discover forgiveness: the cross was already enough, and grace isn’t something you earn, it’s something you accept.
