Practicing what I preach… one tiny needle at a time. 😉

Taking a turn for microneedling—a treatment that encourages collagen production to help improve skin texture, fine lines, and the appearance of acne scars.

The glow takes a little patience. Skin remodeling happens gradually, which is why we love a series: each session builds on your progress. ✨

Curious if microneedling is right for your skin? Let’s talk. Book through the link in our bio.

Facial massage shouldn’t feel like you’re mentally checking off a list of movements.

The goal is to get to a place where your hands know where they’re going, so you can focus on the person underneath them. That connection is a huge part of what we teach inside The Four Flow Method.

We’ll explore how the four flows work together to support lymphatic drainage, address areas of tension, sculpt the face, and create a massage that feels intentional and connected from beginning to end.

And now, I get to share it with you. 🤎

November 9 | Evans, GA
A hands-on facial massage training led by Audria Simone, Licensed Esthetician + Certified Four Flow Practitioner, with Crystal Atkins, creator of The Four Flow Method, joining us to help guide you along the way.

You’ll watch the method, practice it with a partner, and experience the movements for yourself so you can begin bringing them into your own treatment room.

If you’ve been wanting to deepen your hands-on work and make your massage feel less like a routine and more like a conversation between your hands and the person on your table, this is for you.

✨ Enrollment is open.
