Thank you Carolyn Koblin for including me this event today. It was so informative! I have been on a health journey to uncover the “best” things I can do to support this path and loved the information from the speakers and panel today. Congrats to Seen magazine for putting on such a well organized and timely event ! Thanks to Miroh for the best banana muffins 😋

After spending 20+ years as an advanced practice nurse in the medical field, so much has changed in the last 2 decades.
Finally!!!! (Some) Practitioners are getting to the root causes and not just treating symptoms.
Living with an integrative and functional medicine expert…we are proud to see these principles coming forth.
You are your own best health advocate. You know your body and when something isn’t right. Listen to it. Find out WHY instead of putting bandaids on symptoms!

Thank you @seenmagazine

✨ Wow! Yesterday’s Empowered Moms Live Event was absolutely incredible! We were surrounded by so many inspiring and phenomenal women, and my heart is so full. 💖⁣ ⁣ I am so beyond grateful to @dremilyjacobs and the Empowered Moms community for choosing One Girl Revolution as the beneficiary of a portion of the ticket proceeds, as well as all of the proceeds from the sale of Dr. Emily’s book at the event. 🙏⁣ ⁣ @1girlrevo was a “little heart dream” that has grown into what it’s BECOMING because of the support of sisters and friends like Emily and groups like Empowered Moms. At One Girl Revolution, we believe that every woman and girl has the power to change the world and to be a revolution—and we couldn’t do this important work without the support of others. 💫⁣ ⁣ I loved meeting all of the women in attendance and was grateful for the opportunity to share about the work of One Girl Revolution from the stage. And I’m so excited to continue this journey of empowerment together! Let’s go girls and let’s change the world - together! 🤍
