The Tithonus and zinnias are literally “dripping with monarchs” stopping by @arnoskyfamilyfarms for nectar on their annual migration to Mexico.

Sharing this with our granddaughters was such a gift. So many curious questions and sense of wonder as seen only through the eyes of a child.

When we leave this earth, will the memory of such experiences leave with us? Connecting the next generation to the natural world could be our greatest gift. Nature nurtures.

To Frank and Pamela Arnosky, thank you for all the years of dedication, hard work and love and care in being an important part of our community. We are grateful to be the recipients of such beauty. 🦋

What a treat spending the day @theculinaryinstituteofamerica in San Antonio with like minded foodie lovers. We experienced hands on introduction to Mediterranean foods exploring flavor profiles and techniques (thanks Chef Gabe).

What I loved most? That everyone’s connected by one thing: their passion for food. Everyone filled to the brim with enthusiasm for creating deliciousness in the kitchen… 🙌🍷
