I know we put ourselves on this workout schedule that we aim to accomplish each week but remember to L I S T E N to your body and don’t feel defeated if you didn’t accomplish that workout for the day.⁣
-⁣
Sometimes I set myself up for a full week of working out consecutively for 5 days and end up pushing so hard on days 1&2, then comes day 3 and I’m 𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐄. Instead of hitting legs again, I take that day as a rest day and jump back into my workout the day after when my body is R E A D Y, and I could push through my entire workout. ⁣
-⁣
This avoids injuries and also gives your body time to recover so that you can really put some good work in the next day 💪🏽🔥⁣
-⁣
Some days you want to hit legs, some days you want to hit upper body, and some days you want to run or stretch or just train abs. Listen to your body and do what you can. Ultimately, exercising should be 𝐅𝐔𝐍 and once you find that balance of exercises that work for you; you’re unstoppable 🏁👌🏽🏆 ⁣

5 years ago today was when I got a traditional tatau from @moanaheitaa who came from Tahiti and my bro @cuhja .

Forever one of the best memories etched in my mind . All the mana and emotions that ran in my mind.

I remember a moment where I fell a sleep and I could see my tupuna and I could feel a deep connection with everything .

The most comfortable tatau ever .
Malo Moana and Cj and Chris as well .

It truly was something I hope to experience again #soulsignature

Meet the Castillo’s
It was the first time that I saw Kahala dance hula during our wedding, she told me after that she has been practicing with her hālau and when I wasn’t home. I’m truly grateful and I love you @alohakahala_

Thank you @cadencia for sending us our wedding photos, they are lovely.

This collab is 2 years of making it. We all have busy lives but we finally finished our collaboration. Cuhja is a amazing Tattoo artist and I am a big fan of his work, to tie in his work with my plugs is a honor. Pacific Islander art is something really special and sacred, and he nailed it! Sagisi came thru on the cerakote lips and lazer work. Hooks are a flat black. The hardest part was getting rooster feathers from Kaua’i for the rear tags but we made it happen and she is completed now.

1 of 4, I’ll post the others throughout the day. 🤙🏼
