POV @meta @metaglasses @raybanmeta : The weather said stay inside… but the operation said otherwise. 😂🌧️

So I grabbed a stool, found myself a spot under the awning , lit a cigar🔥💨, and made myself comfortable.

Still making rounds.
Still checking on vendors.
Still meeting guests.
Still keeping an eye on the operation.

Because being present doesn't always mean running around looking busy.

Sometimes it's about being visible, accessible, building relationships, and making sure people know you're there if they need you.

And GUESS WHO GOT RECOGNIZED FROM MY POV VIDEOS TWICE ON ONE SHIFT LOL💪🏾🤣🙏🏽

The weather changes. The environment changes. The job still gets done.

It's almost hot chocolate season! Haha, today it got warm again, but we're ready!

We're putting together the best little drinking hot chocolate bar...for your enjoyment here, or at home. Also the perfect gift 🎁🎁🎁 for chocolate lovers.

There will soon be a chill in the air!

First I worked out hard this morning. So now I'm not too worried about the mega carb dump.

I tried out these delicious sourdough pancakes from @littledoughcorner that we just got in. I added some cottage cheese to the batter for extra protein, and fixed some scrambled eggs, bacon and fruit to complement them.

It was a delicious weekend breakfast treat, but @stonewallkitchen Cinnamon Apple Syrup makes everything next level, and it's one of my all time culinary faves!

Oops, I did it again 😏

This one simply cannot be denied as one of the best sandwiches in Baltimore.
Chinese Chicken Salad Banh Mi — another hella’ good sandwich coming straight out of the center of Baltimore. 🔥🥖

But seriously… what’s up with the Baltimore food writers and bloggers?
We’ve been doing this for almost 12 years. Twelve years of cooking, baking, creating, catering, experimenting, supporting our community and putting some pretty damn good food into the world — and we’ve had almost no coverage. No big article. No food-blog love. Hardly a shout-out.

For those of you who DO know us, shop with us, order catering from us, tell your friends about us and have helped keep Culinary Architecture going for more than a decade: thank you. ❤️

We know we are loved by you, and that means more than you probably realize.
Small business is HARD. Food costs are up. Labor is up. Packaging is up. Rent is up. Everything is up.

And sometimes one little nod from a writer, blogger, neighbor, customer or local publication can introduce a small business to hundreds — even thousands — of new people.

So we’re asking for a little love.
Spread the good word about Culinary Architecture. Share us with your friends, neighbors, coworkers and fellow food lovers. Bring someone in who’s never been here. Post that sandwich. Tag us. Tell somebody about that thing you ate here that you’re still thinking about.

We want to keep creating food magic in Baltimore. We just need a few more people to come out and love us back. ❤️
