Regenerating the LA Economy and Ecology by CA Doughnut Economics Coalition @caldoughnut: in this interactive session, participants will step into the role of “Master Pollinators” to redesign the Los Angeles economy using the Doughnut Economics framework as a creative canvas.

Through a hands-on Bioregional Mapping exercise, we will explore how urban models like CropSwapLA and biocultural restoration can transform neighborhood lawns and public medians into engines of health, equity, and ecological resilience.

Participants will learn to visualize the “Social Foundation” and “Ecological Ceiling” of their own zip codes, gaining a practical toolkit for community wealth-building and leaving with a creative blueprint for an LA where both people and pollinators thrive.

Thank you to @ishtmc and @cultivatingselfnow and @ticklesaint for setting up nightly sound baths for the Conferene of Religion and Medicine! It was great to connect with doctors, nurses, medical and spiritual students and to share this ancient sound healing technology to people who are open to remembering this powerful healing technology!

Excited to see more hospitals and heath care spaces start to consider Music and Sound as medicine!
