💥 WHAT A DAY! 💥 Today I had the privilege of leading my first community trail run for @drytrek … and what a way to kick things off! Over 20 people turned up to hit the trails with us, and the energy from start to finish was unreal. 🙌 Miles on the trails. Plenty of climbing. ⛰️ Loads of laughs. 😂 Good conversations. Meeting new people 🙌🏻 And, of course, the most important part of any trail run… Coffee and cake to finish! ☕🍰 Huge thank you to everyone who came along and made the day what it was 🙏 If this was the first one… I can’t wait to see where we take the next! ⛰️ More trails. More laughs. More coffee. More cake. #DryTrek #TrailRunning #RunningCommunity #ultrarunning

The one you’ve all been waiting for 👀 No men were harmed in the making of this reel. Their dignity, however… questionable. It’s all just a bit of fun at The Thirsty Turtle 🐢🍻 #beachbar #exmouth #devon #visitdevon

APEX FORGE 2026 ✅ I’ll be honest, I was nervous going into this one. The kind of nervs that keep you awake for a couple of weeks 😅 but that’s because when you pour everything into something, you care deeply about how it lands. At APEX we aim to create immersive experiences where community, inclusivity and pushing beyond what we believe is possible sit at the heart of everything. Every design decision came from that place. Three laps, so the atmosphere never left base camp. Not just a physical test, but a mental battle. 24 hours, so participants and spectators stayed together. Elevation, hit the 100-mile point and you’d climbed roughly half of Everest. A brutal, beautiful test. And if your individual effort ended. You weren’t done. You could FORGE an Alliance, to keep the community and to keep the inclusivity. Watching some of the eliminated athletes choose to keep going for each other… that’s what we love! The final hour was down to the wire. A race, built for excitement and our finalists certainly put on a show! To every single person who brought this event to life, thank you. I genuinely can’t put into words what it meant to watch this event, this community show up the way it did! We came away with a lot of lessons learnt and that will only make us better, so we can keep improving and give our participants a world-class experience! The first FORGE is complete 🫡 Looking foward to developing this unique event with the team. #APEXForge #risetoyoureverest #APEX

Not a medal Monday.....ITS BETTER THAN THAT. APEX Forge!!! What a weekend, my first BYU, @apex.officialuk first BYU and I wanted it to be special, I wanted that century... that would have been the icing on the cake. We didn't design the course to be easy. The APEX motto is 'RISE TO YOUR EVEREST' I didn't get it, I got a @getabearhug ankle support instead, well a pair just incase. The event was more than special... It was UNIQUE In its format... The location was EXCEPTIONAL... Last lap was PHENOMENAL... And the atmosphere was INCOMPARABLE.... Thank you APEX for allowing me to be part of this journey.... Thank you to everyone of you who made the first APEX Forge so memorable. See you out on the trails..... #FAFO #dontdieinthechair #trailrunning #backyardultra

Race day is here. 🔥 Competitors have been fuelling up, checking their kit, and getting themselves mentally and physically ready for the challenge ahead. Months of training have led to this moment. At midday, Apex Forge begins. Good luck to every athlete taking part today. It’s time to find out what you’re made of. Watch this space for updates. #apex #endurance #limitless

Quick update for anyone following this journey ❤️ Apologies for being quiet lately. I’ve been badly injured with what could possibly be a stress fracture or something more serious around my groin/left leg area. I’ve barely been able to walk efficiently or even put weight on it for the last 3 weeks without severe pain. As advised by a Physio without an MRI which can cost anywhere up to £300 and the time scale via Nhs methodcould be 4 weeks plus, I still don’t know the full extent of the damage. Possibly from overtraining. But the mission hasn’t changed. Whether people agree with it or not, I truly believe God has called me to complete this 100 miles — broken or not. The goal is still alive. We keep moving forward 🙏 Thank you so much to everyone supporting and donating so far. We’re currently around £950/£2500 which is amazing ❤️ 100 miles for BREAD Trust — helping build wells and self-sustaining communities in Zambia, Africa 🌍 Link in bio. #100Miles #RunningJourney #UltraMarathon #Faith #GodsPlan MentalStrength NeverQuit CharityRun Africa Zambia BREADTrust Endurance InjuryRecovery RunForPurpose Discipline
