Gadzooks! My second album GREAT! is now available wherever you stream music. These 10 songs were written between 2023 and 2025, and they’ve become a weird little document of a truly wild time in my life. A period marked by close calls, hard decisions, big losses, and more than a little grace. In the end I tried to write songs that were less about me and more about all of us. Hopefully some of them resonate.

Big shoutout to @school_of_song and @philipweinrobe for providing a class on home recording that encouraged me to make the questionable decision to be my own producer and record the entire thing myself. Thank goodness I had the immensely gifted and patient @cupidboot to help with the final mix and master so that it’s actually listenable. I am forever in her debt.

I’m also indebted to my very dear friend @bobbie.walles who laid down some of the dirtiest bass lines ever recorded on “If I Knew” and “Clouds From LA.” Playing with them over the last couple of years has been a real dream come true, and I truly hope we continue to do it until the wheels fall off.

And I cannot forget to credit the immeasurably talented @madebymead for the most beautiful album cover I have ever seen. He captured the story of these songs in a way that melts my heart. If you never listen to the music that’s fine, but please get lost in this artwork. It is something else.

A link to listen on Spotify is in the ol’ bio. Hope you like it, and I hope you’re having a pretty good day.
