I’ve been on the hunt for a vintage bell for years. When I was a kid, we had a big gold bell with a red handle and we’d come running the moment it rang for dinnertime.

I searched high and low in antique and thrift stores with no luck. It wasn’t until my friend, @curatedmorrorless, suggested giving @eBay a try.

Thirty minutes later, a vintage nautical bell was on its way to our home. Consider this your reminder not to sleep on eBay.

Now the big question… where do you think I should hang it?

A few of my favorite things:
Oil paintings, original art, and the kind of pieces you don’t just buy…you discover.
Most of mine were found secondhand: thrift stores, garage sales, eBay, estate sales, etsy, small shops, vintage and antiques malls, and the wild west that is Facebook Marketplace.🥴

If you’re doing the same, keep going.
Your home doesn’t have to be trendy or expensive to be meaningful.

Let’s chat about plates!!! 🍽️

I’ve always loved the look of plates hanging on the wall, but have never really liked the metal plate hangers. Thanks to my girl, Samantha at @curatedmorrorless for introducing me to these amazing plate hangers from from Amazon. Super easy to attach and they create such a crisp and clean look!
