In September, my friend Victoria and I went to the @wickedglutenfree expo in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! I had posted this on my personal page as well, but wanted to showcase these gluten free businesses on my gluten free page too! ☺️ The expo was a nice experience! There was a lot of people there. We got to try many delicious gluten free foods! 🤩 We plan on going next year. I recommend checking it out!
Have you gone to a gluten free expo? Did you have a good experience?

My day at Wicked Gluten Free!!! Not a panini but ya girl had a calzone🙂‍↔️ Met a ton of cool people and ate a lot of good food like A LOT. Gluten free food is not something people take seriously or are even aware of the seriousness of it. Huge shout out to these companies who go above and beyond to give people with Celiac Disease, allergies, and intolerances safe and great tasting food to eat!!! It’s SOO APPRECIATED!! THANK U & I LOVE U FOR DOING WHAT YOU DO ❤️❤️❤️

⭐️BAR ESTRELLA⭐️
FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 6th, 4-7pm

You don’t want to miss the next round of Champagne & Potato Chip FUN!! Our good friend @bizarromatthew of @skurnikwines will be back hanging in our garden with @maxkuller , a delicious line-up of bubbles and a wild assortment of crispy potatoes!

In addition to the day of merriment, guests will have the opportunity to pre-order bottles of some incredible limited release Champagnes, that we will be receiving before the coming holiday season!

..and yes, there are exciting new @lays imports (India Masala Magic, for one!) to be had, but perhaps the variety we’re most anxious to rip open right now is @curedandcrisp ‘s “Pastrami,” a new small batch DC kettle chip that Max stumbled upon last time back! 🥂

Do you have any New Year’s Day traditions?
This recipe is a typically southern traditional meal that includes black eye peas, collard greens, smoked bacon, onion, pepper, and sauerkraut!
The meal is supposed to represent good luck and prosperity in the new year, so why not give it a try!? Plus, it’s delicious!

We have ✨local✨ collard greens and local bacon that would really step up the taste and the luck 😉

Get the full recipe from grocery.coop in our story highlights.

Sunday we attend the Final Farmers Market and Block Party at The Spice Suite. There we enjoyed good food, fresh produce and an amazing performance by Backyard Band!

What's for dinner tonight? Frisee (which is curly endive) avocado, @carrvalley bread cheese, @curedandcrisp Hibiscus Flower and Fennel Bacon, oranges, red onion, sprouted pumpkin seeds, and pomegranate seeds.

It's a great light dinner. Magic happens with oranges, marinated red onions, and avocado.
