One more sleep until we sculpt at Village Green in Clift Farm! Please arrive by 8:40 a.m. to allow time for check in. Wear yellow or green, bring your mat and water, and come ready for a great morning! For content and recording, wristbands will be provided at check in. If you choose to wear one, you are agreeing to appear in the background of other attendees’ social media videos. Those who prefer not to be recorded or film during class will be placed in a separate designated area. We want everyone to feel comfortable while respecting everyone’s preferences. Our ambassadors will be on the ground demonstrating modifications while the instructor leads from the stage with advanced and modified options so everyone can move at their own pace. The first 20 people who arrive and check in will receive goodies from our partners, @curiebod , @tastesalud and @fingfocus We’re so excited to see you tomorrow for our final outdoor event of the season. Going into my final official weekend of training with a mix of emotions. Proud of myself for doing something new, nervous to put myself out there, eager to get better and pretty fucking tired mentally. Today was one of THOSE teacher days. 😅 Forgot my deodorant, taught kinders & 1st graders how to paint for the first time, and survived Chocolate Club with 16 kids, sprinkles, and absolute CHAOS. 🫠🍫🎨 By the end of the day, I was DONE. Then I remembered my administration had surprised me with a @knausberryfarm cinnamon roll. 🥹🤍 And somehow, that one little gesture turned my whole day around. Sometimes it’s not about the big things. It’s just about feeling seen and appreciated. The products I genuinely use, keep in my bag, or find myself reaching for all the time — so I figured I’d share some of my current favorites! ✨ Curie Spray deodorant — my go-to before or after teaching. The scent lasts, it’s super easy to throw in my purse, and I love having a spray deodorant with me when I’m going straight from class to somewhere else. ✨ Vadavoo — I love supporting a female-owned brand, and even better, it’s owned by our studio owner! I’ve slowly collected a few of their products and use them all the time. ✨ Fit Glow — the balm is so hydrating without feeling heavy, and the color lasts so well. The clear gloss is probably my favorite. These are also one of my favorite little gifts for girlfriends, especially for a stocking stuffer. ✨ and the hair clips… because keeping your hair in place through a heated class is non-negotiable 😂
