This article was such a pleasure to write. Sitting down with @theshawngawle to learn about technique, flavor, and why creating a happy workplace is so important to him was a real treat. Gawle and his team create beautiful, thoughtful dishes, and we’re lucky as Houstonians to get a seat at their table night after night. 🌟

5 months. 5 clients featured in cover stories in Houston. So proud of our clients’ spotlights in each of these, and so grateful for all the positive conversations and brainstorming behind-the-scenes with editors and journalists 🎉

We had the pleasure of being apart of this year’s Houston Media Conference presented by @cinemasocietyhtx @swampfilm. An open forum where professionals involved in all aspects of production can meet, greet and engage with representatives from Houston’s film industry. 🎥✨

With our founder @gwade05 moderating a panel on lessons learned from the World Cup, to highlighting our newest projects on the vendor floor, or helping create opportunities for the next generation of film makers with our production partners. 🪕🦫🎬

This and more is what we strive to achieve at BBP. Create amazing stories, intertwine ourselves in the community and give back to the next generation. We love being apart of the growth of the industry!

Stay tuned for all the new things on the horizon! 🌅 🎞️

Big shout out to the team @lexi.bragg @amandavpfeiffer @phoeberay22 who staffed our booth this weekend along with our partners @slidelightproductions @panthercameracar & @suitebreadcolor. @mgfilm.fotos 📸

We love a good team! 🤝

No better way to spend a day in Houston—surrounded by good people and good food at @texasmonthly's @tmtacofest South.

While @chefadriantorres and the whole team served up Cachetada de Barbacoa tacos to hundreds of people, we met so many new faces, spent time with friends, and passed out hats to rep the Maximo soccer team.

Next up, @southernlivingmag's Hill Country Tailgate on September 26, and @southernsmokefoundation's Southern Smoke Festival on October 3!

It’s hard to put into words what an honor it’s been to be part of FIFA World Cup 2026. 39 days of running at full speed, and somehow our team made it look so easy. At times it felt like we’d been doing this for a year, and other times it felt like it had only been a week. One thing we all knew? We didn’t know what day it was 😂 it was just another World Cup day… the best day.

It was a joy and an honor working with @CanettiChris again. He always knows how to create magic. From our beautiful stadium to the FIFA Fan Festival, we were part of so many unforgettable moments that I’ll carry with me forever. I’m especially thankful for the people I worked with and the friends I made along the way. What a dream team. We did it!! 💜

Thank you Houston for showing up and showing the world how amazing our city is. Getting to witness Houston host the World Cup for the first time is something I’ll never forget. It was also really special to see so many people embrace the beautiful game and understand why it’s been such a big part of many of our lives ⚽️🏆💙

Love you, Houston. This has been one of my favorite adventures ♥️

“Houston, NO tenemos problema”.

¡Gracias Houston! Nos veremos pronto.

Monday night, the most talented, creative and hard-working people in our industry gathered at lyric Opera House in Chicago Illinois to find out something that I I’ve known for a while. Adrian Torres is one of the greats and he’s just getting started. He speaks the same way he cooks and leads his team every day at Maximo, from the heart and I think that night he stole everybody’s. There wasn’t a dry eye in the crowd or anyone left sitting while he gave his speech. I’m so lucky to get to work with him and more importantly, call him a friend, love you chef. LFG!
