🎁 ·HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BEYONCÉ!· 🎁

Beyoncé’s B’Day is a vibrant, confident burst of R&B, pop, funk and hip-hop, packed with attitude and personality. Recorded remarkably quickly, it feels energetic rather than rushed, with live instrumentation adding extra punch. At its heart is “Irreplaceable,” a beautifully restrained breakup anthem that balances vulnerability with empowerment. Its acoustic guitar, instantly memorable hook and conversational delivery provide a perfect contrast to the album’s harder-edged moments. A hugely enjoyable, influential record that captures Beyoncé at a pivotal point in her evolution.

Yes, I’m crashing out. SORRY: Double the VOLTAGE is +6dB. It’s been a long day. This is for you @currentsound. Amazing how my non-Engineer girlfriend totally understood it and was right with me when I explained how it works to her. That’s because she’s extremely smart. #Recording #AudioEngineer #DigitalAudio
