The Journey of @currie.a

282lb > 196lb

86 total pounds dropped, life changing.

Discipline comes from making a commitment to yourself

Nothing changes if nothing changes

Andrew came to me ready to make that change

We set a goal and Andrew worked week in week out to achieve it

(even with travel, a social life and a busy work schedule thrown in the mix)

Now feeling his best, we’re ready to set a new goal

Sky is the limit when you make that commitment
