What would your 10-year-old self think of you now?

Sometimes I get so caught up rushing around that I forget to stop and appreciate the life I’ve built.

When I think about it, I reckon my 10-year-old self would be completely blown away.

I’ve got an incredible business and a job that has given me opportunities, experiences, and adventures I never thought possible. At 46, I’m in the best shape of my life and have managed to make fitness a permanent part of my lifestyle rather than something I dip in and out of.

My wife is genuinely the woman of my dreams — she looks like a Bond girl and is one of the most impressive people I’ve ever met.

Right now, I’m seriously buzzing about life.

It’s easy to focus on the next goal, the next challenge, or what’s still missing. But every now and then it’s important to take stock, appreciate how far you’ve come, and be grateful for everything you already have.

I know my younger self would be proud.

Only had 5 minutes to get these shots, but when @curvyc28 turns up looking like this, you make those 5 minutes count. 🔥📸

Despite it being the hottest day of the year ☀️🥵 and a hectic schedule rushing from place to place for a family function, she still stepped in, hit every pose perfectly, and absolutely owned every frame. 💃✨

Safe to say this outfit deserves a full shoot of its own 😍👌📷

As much as I love fitness photography 💪📸, it’s always fun to switch things up and create something a little different every now and then. 🔥🙌
