That’s a wrap on my Q3 journal 📝 . 319 completed pages of my agenda, work notes, baby book, vacation photos and art work all rolled into “1 Book for Everything.” ✨

My Left brain and right brain 🧠 all from the months of July-September lie in this dusty rose colored notebook.

@codyandjulz have been working for literally a year on how to share this method with you all and we are stoked to announce that all things journaling are coming your way 🔜 @1bookjournaling. 🙏🏼

Sharing a perfect afternoon with my best friend, enjoying the ocean, and painting (jk @_elisa_michelle did all of it, I just watched 🥹)!

I share these moments in hopes of inspiring women that it’s ok to make space for ourselves in motherhood. I felt so rested and recharged after this relaxing hang out. Also, this beach is so special to me— been coming here since I was in high school, and every memory has always been beautiful.

Opportunities don’t wait. Life moves fast—and if you’re not ready, you fall behind. Preparation creates confidence. It turns pressure into performance and chaos into clarity. Remember the 7 P’s: Proper Prior Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance. Stay ready so you never have to get ready! 🎯
