This. ❤️ A little message from one of our lovely regulars this week, and one that made me feel incredibly proud of the team behind Sass Studio. Because behind every class is a human who genuinely cares; a team of passionate, dedicated teachers who bring their own knowledge, experience, personality and energy into the room, but who all share one very simple intention: To help people feel better in their body and mind. Sometimes that means challenging you - helping you discover strength you didn’t know you had, move in new ways or build a little more confidence… Other times, it means creating space to slow down, soften, breathe and simply be. And quite often, it’s a little bit of both. 🥰 Just like you, we’re not all the same; we don’t teach in the same way - and that’s exactly what makes our little studio so special. Different teachers. Different practices. Shared values. So, to our wonderful teaching team, thank you for the thought, care and heart you bring to your classes every single week. And to everyone who chooses to spend a little of their week with us, thank you for trusting us with your time, your bodies and your wellbeing. Mental health matters deeply to us at Sass 🤍 My own struggles with panic disorder, anxiety and depression are what brought me to yoga in the first place. Experiencing first-hand how debilitating mental health challenges can be - and then discovering the profound support movement, breathwork, meditation and community can offer - changed the course of my life.
