WOW. Just… WOW.

TKE Family, our hearts are full tonight. 💙

The energy in the studio today was incredible. Our community showed up in a big way, the studio was packed, and our Leadership Team absolutely delivered. Watching them perform and seeing the support from all of you was something truly special.

We are honestly a little at a loss for words.

TKE exists because of this community. Because of the families who show up week after week, the students who work hard on the mat, and the parents, friends, and grandparents who come out to support them.

Today was a reminder of how special this TKE family really is.

If we didn’t get a chance to say hello or spend a moment chatting with you today, please know it wasn’t intentional. We were running around making sure everything kept moving, but we saw you, we appreciate you, and we’re so grateful you were there.

From the bottom of our hearts…

Thank you for supporting TKE.
Thank you for believing in what we are building.
And thank you for being part of this incredible community.

We truly can’t get enough of all of you.

More photos and moments from today coming soon. 💙🥋

✨ Winter Wonderland at TKE ✨
Thank you to our amazing TKE family for an incredible Holiday Party tonight 💙❄️

From the delicious food to the laughter and memories you all made this night so special. A huge shoutout to Linda who braved the cold to cook fresh egg rolls on the spot… they were a hit 👏🔥

We appreciate everyone who brought chairs, tables and chipped in and helped clean. Teamwork like this is what makes TKE family 💙

We hope all the kiddos had a blast during the gift exchange 🎁 and of course the White Elephant game never disappoints 🤣🐘

Thank you for celebrating together and kicking off the holiday season with so much joy. We are grateful for each one of you 💙❄️ 🥋

We want to give a huge TKE thank you to our special guest instructors this week! 💙

Mr. Perez, a 6th-degree in Kenpo, kicked things off on Monday with an awesome class. Our students loved learning something new and he brought such a strong presence to the mat.

Then Coach Apple came in yesterday and absolutely brought the house down with her energy! Classes were packed, the vibes were high, and everyone had a great time training with her.

Thank you both for taking the time to come teach our students, we appreciate you more than you know! 💙🥋🖤

We had another amazing TKE family jump in to help at the booth today — the energy was high, and we were kicking it Taekwondo style! 🥋💥 Thank you to everyone who stopped by to check in, cheer us on, and offer help. We truly appreciate our TKE family and couldn’t be more proud of this incredible community. 💙

If you’re at ClovisFest, come by and say hi — we’re down Fifth Street toward Woodworth! 👋

Buddy Day — Breaking Barriers & Building Confidence 💥
Today was all about courage and perseverance at TKE Martial Arts! Students and their buddies came together to train, connect, and support one another.

Some took on the challenge of writing down a barrier and breaking through it on a board. A few boards cracked right away; others took a second or third try — and that’s where the growth happens. With focus, encouragement, and determination, those breakthroughs came!

It reminded me of my own journey years ago when I struggled to do box jumps in CrossFit — it felt impossible at first. I even had a box built and brought it home to practice (it’s still part of my home gym today 😅). But once I believed I could do it and trusted my training, I finally nailed it.

That’s what we love about martial arts — learning to push past fear, trust your skills, and keep going until you succeed.

💙 A special thank-you to all the students who invited buddies today. Sharing what you love helps build a stronger, braver community!

Growth. Expanding takes on different dimensions. It means seeing what you’ve gained and learning where it’s proper to put it… The growth that we’ve seen over the past couple years is all because of the support of our local community so we thank you for that from the bottom of our hearts. Secondly, we felt it was only right to give back. We wouldn’t be able to do this for the less fortunate and homeless in our community if it wasn’t for your support. We wanted to share the flavors with people who otherwise would most likely never get to experience them. We drove downtown the day before we were going to serve and I told my brother @greenthumbnaturals as we looked at the gates of the @poverellohouse “You think they’d let us feed inside their gates?!” To make a long story short, he spoke with them and God worked it out! Big thank you to Mary and the support staff at Poverello House for allowing us this opportunity; we cherish it in our hearts and look forward to serving again. We fed over 300 people last Sunday!!! It was all about showing them God’s love through these flavors and through His love that resides in our hearts. I want to take time to thank my family and my fellow entrepreneurs who showed up ready to give and be a blessing. Not only did we serve food and water but we had a couple of our barber friends pull up to cut hair and they cut 15 heads that day! We provided water, tacos, cookies, brownies and even some dog food to the pups that were out there with their owners just trying to survive. We saw how God used us by how thankful these people were and got to see their faces light up when they smelled and tasted the flavors!! All glory to God who gave us this assignment to accomplish and together, united as one, we completed the vision I had many months ago. We’re grateful and humbled to have a part in caring for our community, not just taking and growing our own empire over here. We want everyone to eat! The way we roll is different…and…needless to say…THAT’S AN AWFUL LOT OF FLAVOR!!!
