🚛💪 Truck Stop Meal Prep – Simple, Clean, & High Protein

If you’re serious about staying fit on the road, this one’s a go-to:

Ahi Tuna Power Bowl 🍚🐟

Ingredients (meal prep friendly):
• 1 cup cooked white rice
• 4–6 oz ahi tuna (fresh or thawed)
• ½ cup black beans (drained & rinsed)
• 1 zucchini (sliced)
• Olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper
• Optional: soy sauce or low-sodium teriyaki

Quick Prep (under 15 mins):
1️⃣ Cook your rice ahead (batch it for the week)
2️⃣ Sauté zucchini in olive oil + seasoning (5–6 mins)
3️⃣ Heat black beans (microwave or pan)
4️⃣ Sear ahi tuna 1–2 mins per side (or eat raw if sushi-grade)
5️⃣ Build your bowl: rice → beans → zucchini → tuna
