Team! I am teaching all 3 classes this week!!! We will be doing “Easy Street” one more time in both theatre classes, with strong assists from some of my favorite friends. In tap we’ll be doing one of my old favorite combos “something makes me want to dance with you” by Nat King Cole, also with a strong assist :).

As many of you know during this time of recovery I am prioritizing returning to the studio, and seeing lots of folks from different times in my life makes me smile!

Finally got to @gnocchinyc gnocchi on 9th.. such a small place physically but quite opposite in taste and enjoyment. A must go to if you are a fan of gnocchi and don’t mind pulling a native New Yorker mi e and eating while walking.. purely delicious… #nyceats #nycfoodie @the_burratababe

Well I was looking to do a re-share of the post from the last time we did this combo in 2024, #jazzdance #musicaltheatre #tapdance and it looks like this video never made it online- even though it is cute as can be and filled with lots of my favorite dancers!!

This is what we will be working on tomorrow - hope to see some old and new friends as I continue to recover :)

Like many others, I’ve decided this is a good week to pull out “easy street” in honor of the incredible Tim Curry.

I’m definitely still healing but I’d love to see some folks in class this Friday! We’ll have some wonderful assistants again who will help get everything going :)

A lot of living to do! I had a lot of fun dancing this one on Friday! We’ll be off for the next few weeks of Mark Morris while I recover, but I hope to be back on August 28th!

Thank you dancers for a beautiful class last week! @gettinmiggewithit @hanakyle @martinotheshowman @cvraines

our third wellness gathering ✨

bringing everyone together for a summer sunday afternoon of movement, mindfulness, and community time.

thank you @justineforwellness, founder of @ourstudio_wellness, for leading yoga and getting everyone settled into the space with a meditation.

the theme of our community time was a yearning for rest and slowing down. how can we enjoy summer the fullest while still making time for ourselves? thank you to our members for this discussion topic.

we welcomed a new member who quickly immersed into the community and left positive feedback as well as desires to return 🤍 this is what we’re here for.

looking forward to the next one 🥰

thank you to our food & beverage sponsors for fueling us @grunsdaily @barebells.usa @cabulatte @gngrlabs @unreal.snacks @uptimeenergy
