Mira sings a poem with her friend Zeina in front of the tent
The song "I am the son of Jerusalem and from here" is a beautiful Palestinian patriotic song that expresses belonging and steadfastness.
Here are the full lyrics as they are usually sung:

🎵 I am the son of Jerusalem and from here 🎵
I am the son of Jerusalem and from here
I am the son of Jerusalem from here
I am here, and here I will remain
Neither fire nor occupation will shake me

O Jerusalem, abode of peace
O rose in the midst of darkness
We will return your smile
And you will once again be the kiss of all people

I am the son of Jerusalem and from here
I am the son of Jerusalem from here
I am here, and here I will remain
Neither fire nor occupation will shake me

On your walls, O Jerusalem
I promised you we will not forget the lesson
Your soil is more precious than the eyes
And we will return no matter how long the path is

I am the son of Jerusalem and from here
I am the son of Jerusalem from here
I am here, and here I will remain
Neither fire nor occupation will shake me

While children around the world celebrate their birthdays and bring cakes, Mira wakes up and cries at the sound of bombing and packs her belongings to flee for the sixth time. Despite that, I borrowed a dress for Mira to celebrate her seventh birthday and also her graduation from the first grade educational tent. Happy birthday, my little ones. We will never forgive this unjust world except for the free people who stand by you, my beloved Mira. 🩷#gazaunderattack #gaza #gazachildren #savechildrenofpalestine #gazachildren #gazaneedshelp #freeplastine

Watch the video and be optimistic because there are those who stand by the people and will not leave us alone after God, including this great one who helped 5 families to flee from the north of Gaza from under the bombing to the south in the safe areas... Is there anything greater than helping people to survive?

May the gun fall before my humanity.
May the homeland fall before my dignity.
May your jihad, resistance, struggle, and other false names and slogans fall before the life of an orphan child searching for his livelihood amidst the rubble and debris of his school and home.
Which god do you worship? Curse him with every prayer I offer to my Lord, God, who commands the shedding of Muslim blood.
The blood of a Muslim, in the sight of God, is more precious to Him than the destruction of the Kaaba.
The Kaaba that Abraham wanted to destroy, so He sent upon it Ababil birds to pelt it with stones of baked clay.
What kind of religion is this that you innovate?
May God's curse be upon you and upon those in authority among you. #GazaCrisis #Gaza #GazaUnderAttack #gazaunderattack #GazaBleeds #GazaNeedsHelp #PrayForGaza #freepalestine #freeplastine #freedom #fundraiser

I hereby express my desire to leave the Gaza Strip safely, in an attempt to survive the current situation, which I can no longer endure or adapt to, due to the lack of viable means for my family and me to remain here.#GazaCrisis #GazaUnderAttack #freepalestine #gazachildren #savegaza #savechildrenofpalestine #GazaBleeds

"Some time had to pass before we could comprehend the magnitude and limits of the catastrophe, before its features became clear and we internalized it in our souls and our visible reality, before we coined the term "Nakba" for it and realized that we were its generation, its witnesses, and its victims." - Ali | The Palestinian Exodus 1948 #غزة_تحت_القصف #GazaCrisis #GazaUnderAttack #GazaNeedsHelp

My friends, to clarify, the famine is still very great and food and flour are actually not available. I think that what will enter will not be enough. We need thousands of trucks to feed all the people. Therefore, we need more serious action to end this tragedy. Do not stop spreading suffering. #gazaunderattack #gaza #gazachildren #savechildrenofpalestine #islamic #GazaCrisis #GazaUnderAttack #GazaBleeds #GazaNeedsHelp #hagry #freedom #freedom #GazaCrisis
