A little more good news for October 💕

We’re joining CycleBar on Saturday, October 24, from 8am-12pm for their breast cancer fundraiser benefiting Loudoun Breast Health Network.

Come out, show your support, and help make a difference! And don’t miss the silent auction - we’ve donated a Self-Care Book Box, and it might be just the cozy treat you’ve been looking for 📚✨

Hope to see you there!

Community has a way of showing up when you need it most. ❤️

On October 17th at 8AM, I’m hosting a FREE Community Ride at CycleBar that is incredibly close to my heart.

Over the past few weeks, our friends, family and community have already helped us raise over $1,300 toward getting my parents moved and settled. I truly cannot put into words how much that means to us.

So I wanted to bring everyone together in the way I know best. 🚲❤️
☀️ I’ll be hosting you with drinks and snacks.

This ride is completely FREE. Donations are absolutely appreciated, but they are never required. Come ride, move, laugh, sweat and spend the morning with an amazing community.

🦩❤️ WE FLOCKED TOGETHER — AND WHAT A DIFFERENCE IT MADE! ❤️🦩

Over the past few weeks, our community came together across @rowhouseashburn , @cyclebarashburn , and @yogasix_ashburn for something bigger than a workout.

Together, we created space for awareness, hope, connection, and resources while supporting the mission of @redflamingo_stopsuicide @nick.redhead

And because of YOU, we raised an incredible $1,895! 🎉

Three studios. Three community events. Countless people showing up, sharing their stories, finding their why, and reminding one another that tomorrow needs you.

A huge thank-you to our amazing community sponsors, @smoothieking_ashburn1 and @touslesjours.ashburn , for helping make these events possible and supporting our mission. Your generosity helped bring our community together in such a meaningful way. ❤️

And to everyone who attended a class, donated, shared a post, brought a friend, or simply helped spread the message — THANK YOU. Every dollar and every conversation matters.

We may have started with three studios, but when we all FLOCK TOGETHER, we can create something much bigger. 🦩❤️

Lastly, I am so incredibly thankful to serve as a Board Member of RedFlamingo and to be part of an organization doing such important work in our community. I’m even more grateful for the incredible people who continue to show up and believe in this mission.

And this is just the beginning…

I would LOVE to connect with other local businesses and community organizations who want to get involved as we look toward putting together an even bigger community event in Spring 2027. Imagine what we could accomplish if even more of us flocked together. 🦩❤️

Thank you for flocking with us. 🦩

Oceans Calling got canceled, so apparently I made my own festival.

90 minutes. 658 calories. 22 miles. Feeling strong!

Thank You @cyclebarashburn for having me join such a high-energy, rhythm-based indoor cycling experience in a welcoming community space! I loved the Real-Time Tracking: which uses CycleStats performance metrics so you can monitor your progress during and after class.

@cyclebarashburn is designed for all fitness levels, body types, and ages with self-paced adjustments. Our fabulous instructor Ashleigh was absolutely wonderful! She was so encouraging throughout the class which makes me felt super motivated to finish till the end!

@cyclebarashburn also have the best staff, everyone was super friendly and welcoming! I will be back for some more cycling, anyone want to join me?!
