January motivation fades… but consistency is what gets results 💪

If staying motivated feels hard right now, you’re not failing, you’re human. Motivation comes and goes, but consistency is what turns movement into habits and habits into progress.

In our latest blog, we share:
✨ Why consistency matters more than motivation
✨ Simple ways to stay on track when life gets busy
✨ How to build habits that actually last

👉 Read the full blog on staying consistent with fitness — link in bio

Progress isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about showing up, again and again 🤍

Support @samhscotland the 75 For You Challenge 🧠🧘

✨ We’re looking for small businesses to donate something towards making someone feel good, this could be a bunch of flowers, a morning coffee a voucher, a class pass, a massage, a sound bath, or anything thoughtful that helps someone feel good.

Everyone who takes part in the challenge will get a chance to win one of these prizes & he entered into a prize draw.

Wellness has become overwhelming. Everywhere you look, there’s a strict 10-step program, a “perfect” routine, or advice that doesn’t fit your life. One size does not fit all, and it’s easy to feel stressed, stuck, or like you’re failing.

The Christmas and winter months can be particularly hard busy, overwhelming, and full of pressure for both people and local businesses. But small daily habits can make a big difference. They create calm, offer structure, and give you something positive to work towards.

I used to work at SAMH, and they’ve recently opened The Nook, a space where anyone can visit anytime for support.

This challenge is for anyone who:
• wants to give to charity
• needs a reset
• is feeling stuck, struggling, or overwhelmed
• wants to try small habits that make a real difference to wellbeing & feel part of something.

The 75 For You Challenge is a gentle, 75-day wellness reset designed to help people reconnect with themselves, build small supportive routines, and take small steps that add up to big positive change.

We’re inviting local businesses and their communities to take part. If you’re based in Marbella or anywhere in Spain also, you can make this your own and choose a charity of your choice while participating.

If you’d like to donate an item or take part, simply comment “#75foryou ” below and I’ll send you all the details.
