FKT ✅ @worldbicyclerelief donation raised ✅

@salttosaint is an amazing event and I was honored to participate and get to meet many amazing people!

My goal was 18-19 hours and I was worried it would be slower with the headwind. However, mission accomplished!

Crew was epic, equipment was perfect, and this was my strongest finish on the @cruzbike pushing to play bike racing with the 4 man team 😈

If you’re looking for a fun challenge, put this in your calendar 👌

THE CHASE IS ON. 🚴💨

430 miles. Starting from the back. Chasing every team ahead.

And now, every catch counts.

We’re officially up to 5 pledges totaling $8 for every team I catch! Half of everything raised will go to @worldbicyclerelief, with the other half supporting our racing and record efforts.

For perspective:

⏱️ Solo course record: 21:47
🔥 Overall course record: 17:21 — 4-person team

I’m aiming for somewhere around 18–19 hours solo. There’s a solid headwind in the forecast, so we’ll see what the day gives us!

Want to make the chase count with us? Pledge $1, $5, or whatever you’d like per team I catch. Link in bio.

And if you’re racing Salt to Saint this weekend… I’ll see you out there. 👀

Follow along Saturday. This is going to be fun.

MAKE THE CHASE COUNT 🚴‍♂️⚡️

I’m stoked to be taking on the @salttosaint relay solo next weekend. 430 miles from Salt Lake to St. George.

I’ll be starting at the very back of the final wave, chasing the course FKT and, hopefully, meeting a whole lot of teams along the way.

And that’s where you come in.

We’re asking people to pledge for every team I’m able to catch before the finish. $1, $5, 25¢ per team, whatever makes sense for you. You can also set a maximum pledge.

50% of everything raised will go to @worldbicyclerelief, an incredible organization that mobilizes communities through the power of bicycles.

The other 50% will support No Limits Left and the racing, record attempts, and storytelling behind what we’re building.

But what I’m most excited about is making this something the entire Salt to Saint community can be part of.

If you’re racing: wave, yell, tag us, grab a photo, and make some noise when we come through. Every team on that course becomes part of the story and every team we catch helps make the impact a little bigger.

We’ll be sharing the journey all weekend, and I can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together.

👉 Want to make a pledge? Hit the link in my bio.

No money will be collected until the event is complete and the results are confirmed.

Prefer to make a one-time contribution? You can also support through my Ko-fi page, linked in my bio.

Let’s MAKE THE CHASE COUNT.

LOTOJA 2026 🥉

Lotoja always has a way bringing big highs and lows. Teammate @jrspangler_ and I set out to go for the win and the course record. Between a weird sickness and rough training in the lead-up, I knew there was a good chance of me blowing up — but what’s racing without some risk 🤷🏽‍♂️

Had a blast throwing some attacks over the first climb and we got a break established. Just past halfway, the lights went out for me and I fell off hard. I crawled up the final climb and to the aid station at mile 122. I’ve never wanted to quit a race more. My body felt gross and I was not there mentally. I’m so grateful my family and friends were there because they were the reason I kept going.

I went solo for 35 miles until the chase group caught me, and that’s when my body finally came around. We worked well together until the final 2km where the fun began, all being in the mix for 3rd. After a few flyers it came down to a sprint and I was able to find the legs for it!

This has been my best season on the bike yet. I’ve seen huge fitness gains with my coach @plan7endurancecoaching , and I joined my first team, @mi_duole_cycling — riding with such a great group of people has been my highlight. I’ve met so many incredible people that I really look up to and getting to ride my bike with these friends is what makes this sport so special. Big thanks to @cycling_upgrades for the bike upgrades and @firstendurance for keeping us fueled. I’m so grateful to my family, friends, and roommates — this sport takes a lot of time sacrifice, and I couldn’t do it without their support 🫶🏽

Congrats @jrspangler_ on an insane ride and the new course record💪🏽 lucky to be your teammate!

Fastest 200 miles on a standard bicycle! This one was for the books. In my mind, it was possible but I didn’t quite believe it until it was done! 💪🏾🧠🚀

Good for 6 new @the_wuca and @guinnessworldrecords World Records!

I know there’s some left on the table and I can’t wait for my next crack at it! 24hr record next?
