If there’s one word that describes how I’m feeling today, it’s grateful.

Grateful for every class, every conversation, every early morning, every laugh, and every person who continued to show up. As I taught my last class at The Club today, I couldn’t help but reflect on how lucky I am to have been surrounded by such an incredible community.

To every person who has taken one of my classes, thank you. Thank you for showing up, trusting me, working hard, and bringing your energy into the studio each day. Thank you for letting me be a small part of your journey here. It has been such an honor to cheer you on and watch you grow🥹

A special thank you to @nicoleparadis and @megsmars. Your kindness, encouragement, and the way you lead with such genuine care is what makes The Club so special. You have been the BEST leaders I could ask for.

While I’m so excited for this next chapter in Florida, it’s definitely bittersweet to leave. This chapter will always hold a special place in my heart. But this isn’t goodbye, it’s simply, “see you later.”🤍 I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH!
