📌🎧You’re listening to "Awaaz Hai" by Cymbol ft. Bhrigu Parashar @cymbol303 @bhriguparashar 🔥
• A bold, bass-heavy track that sits between Hip-Hop, R&B and Pop. Built on electric guitars, heavy drums and deep 808s, the song is about reclaiming the voice that remains even after pieces of yourself have been given away, whether to another person or to the noise of expectations. 🎹

• New Zealand producer Cymbol steps into composition for the first time, pairing his internationally shaped production with the natural lyricism and vocals of Bhrigu Parashar, the voice behind the viral outro of 'Duniyaa'. Their collaboration feels instinctive and charged.🔥

Some tracks just have their own vibe.

“Distractions” by Cymbol & Chitralekha brings together hip-hop, melody and a really interesting mix of sounds. Definitely one worth checking out.

Sometimes finding your voice means remembering it was always there.

With Awaaz Hai, New Zealand producer and DJ Cymbol steps into composition for the first time, bringing together his production with the writing and vocals of Bhrigu Parashar.

The track moves between Hip Hop, R&B and Pop, built around electric guitars, heavy drums, 808s and a chorus designed to be felt as much as heard. But beneath the scale of the production is a much more personal idea: what happens when you lose yourself in someone else, in expectations or in the pressure to chase something that no longer feels like you?

Bhrigu’s involvement began with a scratch vocal recorded during the song’s creation. The performance connected instantly with Cymbol and eventually became the final vocal, turning what began as a collaboration into an ongoing creative partnership.

After working on Cocktail 2 as one of the film’s Score Producers alongside Pritam and his team, Cymbol now brings the focus back to his own music from his base in Mumbai.

Awaaz Hai is out now.

This week, Bengaluru-based artists Galat Admi (@thegalatadmi) and Sakré (@sakremusic) dropped their genre-flitting debut EP together, ‘Rosy Roti’ and its surprises at every turn. Mumbai-based pop artist Mali (@maalavikamanoj) picks up right where she left off on the shiny, buoyant song “Saviour Complex,” which even offers a bit of pop-rock energy to give us a glimpse of her upcoming album ‘Where Was I?’

New Delhi producer Blu Attic (@bluatticmusic) draws from Indian classical and folk music spheres and taps into tech-house for the dark “Out of Reach” and Assamese fingerstyle guitarist is more about hope on his new EP ‘Erivhym,’ named after the Eri silkworm. Singer-composer Saahel (@saahellmusic) offers up a dreamy love song with “Halki Halki.”
