Crafting poems as we're serenaded by @jacklynrdowning playing singing bowls, folding peace poems into doves and reading with the awesome Jayne Brown and @eatmorepoems Laurel Radzieski, followed by an open mic with many local talented poets... Couldn't ask for a more lit up conclusion to #NationalPoetryMonth ! Thank you @heartandhearthdeli and @fireflybookstore for providing space/support for the celebration! Many thanks to @clearvisionstudio and @juponglin for inspiring me to fold with my local community 🙏🏽

A lovely day of babies in Brooklyn! 👶💕So special to have my favorite grandchild meet Lenny & Maya, her new best friends. Being a grandparent and sharing it with others is my new favorite hobby.
